- We review credit reports for relevant information, including but not limited to:• Payment history on rent, utilities, or other recurring obligations. Outstanding debts in collections related to housing. Bankruptcies or judgments directly relevant to rental ability.
- We do not use a minimum credit score as a sole determining factor.
4. Criminal Background Check (if applicable):
- Evaluated in compliance with D.C. laws, including limits on how far back we may consider certain offenses.
